Inducing labor!

anything I can try to induce labor I am in so much pain. I am 3cm 65-70 effaced. Had mucus plug come out. I have been having contractions 1-3 mins apart & lasting 45-50 seconds. I was sent home twice from the hospital but I am still in so much pain with the contractions. They gave me medicine to see if I was in false labor or not. Basically the medicine was supposed to calm the contractions down if I’m not in active labor. They never calmed down. I’m just having such a hard time.

Does pineapple work?

I walked about 2 hours but my feet started hurting so I stopped.. any suggestions ?
