Pubic hair loss!!!

Hi guys so I’ve noticed that my pubic hair is not growing in as thick as it used to be. The hair has gotten thinner and there a patches. I’m 20 years old and I think too young for it to start falling out because of age but can anyone help?? I do shave about once a week and I have only had one Brazilian wax this past June. I’m not on any medications either. Do you think my hair cycles are just off?
