Please help

Here lately my milk has been non existent as it’s taking me pumping the whole time til my babies next feeding so I called the doctor and they gave the go ahead on formula. My problem is though, I know nothing about making a formula bottle. The directions say use water but I thought babies can’t have water this young? Sorry for sounding stupid, but I YouTubed it and all the videos show water also, I just don’t wanna make it with water if they can’t have it. 😔
