WEIGHT LOSS

how do you lose weight?! i’m 5’9 & 160lbs so i’m not horribly overweight, but i want to be around 130/140 at the most. i’m an incredibly picky eater, so eating healthy is so difficult just bc of the lack of choices.

so i need meal plans & work out plans (for someone with no gym membership & no motivation whatsoever)
