Is it bad to get moody from this??

Is it bad to get moody from lack of sex or intimacy?? My boyfriend goes to college during the week about 45 min away so we only see each other in the weekends, and he has army training once every month. So we go 2 weeks without seeing each other. I would think he’d want to be intimate before he leaves, but tonight he acted like that was the last thing on his mind, and basically slept the whole time he was over. Idk what to really say to let him know or what to do
