8 weeks 3 days and nausea..

I've had Naseau in the earlier weeks of my pregnancy. It eased up around 6-8 weeks. Well this am I lost it. I've never gotten sick before not even with my other pregnancy and this am I couldn't stop it. Any good remedies I don't want to eat but am trying to eat club crackers and water. I was dry heaving and that did not feel good. My poor daughter almost 3 came crying in the bathroom asking what I was doing to the potty:/
