HELP please!!

Melissa • Mon, Aug 17 • 33 and trying for my first with my husband Brian.recently moved from palm beach fl to Greeneville TN.

Ok so when exactly do I start day 1after ovulation when the fertile week is up like it says today is my last green day.so is tomorrow starting day1PO?? Please answer I'm so confused I'm getting really upset ladies!
