LEARNING TO RUN

Hello ladies!

This may be a weird question , but does anyone have any tips on how to start running?

I have challenged myself that for the entire month of December I want to focus on my cardio ( need to lose weight ASAP ) but I literally get tired going up one flight of stairs.

I want to start the treadmill and train myself to start jogging/running. Anyone have any tips on how to start and how to not get so damn tired so fast? 😂 I also notice that when I walk fast or run my calves tend to tightening up. Any tips with that?
