Im so confused 🤦🏻‍♀️ Please Help!! 😞

This was my FIRST ULTRASOUND MEASURING 6 weeks 1 day

So im currently pregnant with a Rainbow Baby 👶🏻 🌈 and on Nov 10 i got an ultrasound done and according to tht ultrasound i was 6 weeks 1 day then on Thanksgiving Day I had bleeding and I panicked and went to the hospital because my doctor was closed and they told me everything was right i had a baby measuring the 8 weeks tht im supposed to be they showed me the embryo and we saw it and its heartbeat then the next morning we went to my doctor to be sure everything was right and well he performed a vaginal ultrasound to be sure and there was no baby no nothing just a circle..... then i went to another doctor to get a second opinion and tht doctor told me the samething tht i had no baby but there was something on the ultrasound but it seemed no sign of life so he send me to a lab to get my hcg levels done from one day to another and they went up! He told me tht if there was no sign of life it was probably going to be a miss carriage or the baby was small and cant be detected on an ultrasound so i got the blood results and my blood test were fine and my hgc levels measuring at 4-5 weeks pregnant so he thinks i have less time and for me to give it time...... My Question Is have Any Of U MOMMYS BEEN THROUGH THIS??? Something deeply inside me tells me tht i have my baby in me and they are wrong my doctor wants to prescribe me the pills to abort the pregnancy but the other doctor tells me to give it time!

I see a difference how can my hcg levels be doubling???

Im stressing out and I can’t even eat right i cry most of the time.... can’t believe this is going to be my third time on this again.... im tired of miscarriage
