What’s going on??

A little backstory. I haven’t had a period in over a year and I’ve been taking Levothyroxine for hypothyroidism so I had a period. Last night after sex I had brownish discharge. (No Odor) i only had it after 1 wipe. This morning I woke up with what looked like a very very light period and cramps and now nothing. What’s going on is this normal? Does this mean I’m going to start my period soon?? Please help ladies.
