I need advice..

I’ve been having tender breasts, headaches, heartburn, fatigue, dizziness, no appetite and sudden nausea. Also, a higher temp. My periods are never late and they all usually last 5-7 days. I was supposed to start my period on Friday, but nothing came. Then Saturday I woke up to some spotting with a lot of white discharge mixed with it. I spotted the entire day with some cramping. The 2nd day, I started bleeding more heavy and no cramping. 3rd day, no cramps, bleeding slows down and stops around 1pm. 3 days of bleeding. That’s it. I understand implantation can be pink/light or heavy/red. I took a test last night, and got a faint line but figured 100% that it was a cheap indent line. What do you guys think?? Is it possible that I’m pregnant?
