Should I be concerned?

I started my period in January when I was 13, it started off very light and it was only five days. It came every 20-23 days. It was always light. I had only maybe 1/2 irregular cycles during this time up until October.

Now this is where everything went crazy. 7 days of medium bleeding in October. Normal usual 5 day period in November. December was hell I had 9 days of heavy bleeding and cramps, I had never before bled heavily or had cramps. January was like my old 5 day cycle again and February matched October.

Then my period disappeared until July. July was the same as October and my period came on time in August and again was like October’s cycle.

Now my next period was in October and it was 3 days very light, November came on time and it was 3 days very light too.

I have no idea what’s happening me, I’m sorry for the length but I genuinely need advice. Periods are not discussed in my house, I have no idea if this is just an irregular cycle that will get better its self. I am a healthy BMI and have no health problems.
