Over the counter birth control??

I’ve been trying for over two years now to find a cheap over the counter birth control pill. You see I am two weeks from being 18 and my parents are HIGHLY against it. But I want to for cramps and just as a precaution. Does anyone know of anything cheap and 99.99% effective???

If you go to your doctors office, the health department or planned parenthood then you’ll be able to get some without your parents knowledge
