Any advice helps

So I had my life planned out until things changed and now I’m lost. Im in the military and my enlistment ends in February. My husband graduates with his degree in February. We have a two year old, one year old, and I’m due in January so our plan was to move back to NY to get help and support from our families. Now my husband’s school is messing up his schedule and they are saying he won’t have enough clinical hours to graduate in February. They can’t give us a time frame either it may be a couple months or longer. Now that I’ll be stuck in Kansas with no help, no family, no money, no job, with 3 babies and I am lost and not sure what to do or where to go for help. Any advice helps. I’m already receiving WIC so I’m going to see if I apply for unemployment and food stamps. Is there anything else I can do? I’m panicking.
