Is my husband being insensitive?

So I'm 31 weeks pregnant and in a lot of discomfort. Tonight in particular more than most nights. I mentioned this to my husband and he could clearly see that I was having trouble moving around and I was overall not having a good night. I finally lay in bed and he comes over and sits next to me and asks if I can give him a hand job. I immediately got irritated. I didn't show it but I asked him if he was serious and he said yes. I told him I was in pain and he said "but your hands aren't". I told him to get away from me and he went to the shower to jerk himself off... This has me highly upset and I'm wondering did I overreact?
