Worried- abdominal hernia

I got an ultrasound at 16 weeks (my good friend is going to school for ultrasound and does her clinicals at the hospital near me and asked if she could practice on me) and everything seemed fine until my doctor called me a few days later. He said that it looks like my baby has an abdominal hernia and that I have to get an ultrasound at a different hospital that has more high tech Ultrasounds. My appointment isn’t until dec 20th- they said it’s easier when I’m 19-20 weeks to do the scan. I’m so worried and don’t know what to do. Of course I googled it, and there are multiple types of hernias and some of them look really scary. Has anyone had this happen? Advice?
