Gagged at my own gas 🤢😂😷

Posting this anon because I’m so embarrassed 😂😂 I’ve been SO bloated and gassy. Not to mention very, very nauseous but I have not thrown up yet. Got into the shower tonight (a warm shower is the only thing that seems to help my nausea!) and farted because I can’t even help it anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️ as soon as I did I started gagging, it smelled SO bad!!! 🤢😷 I’ve also been slightly constipated so I think that didn’t help the smell, I definitely almost vomited 😂😂🙈 oh the joys of pregnancy!
