Breathless specially in night time 🌛

It is said to be lay down on your left when you’re pregnant and specially after 28 weeks coz blood supply gets better on left ( I’m 33+3 weeks)but when i lay down on my left side I’m like dying,breathless and its like someone holding my neck and use thumb to try to kill me..!! And as soon as i turn my side to right side its fine

I know its sounds like some kind of supernatural thing lol but seriously

Has anybody’s going through this kind of breathlessness??? And what do you do to help it?
