Never had anything like this! TMI

Randomly just woke up (after only sleeping for about 45 minutes ☹️) to some cramping in my lower abdomen and some back pain. It's not excruciating but i guess it was enough to wake me up. Went to the toilet and peed and then sat there a minute because i began to feel some sort of gas pains and because im just exhausted lol. When i got up this was floating in the toilet. Any ideas? 36+5 today. I have an appointment with my dr later but just wanna see what everyone else thinks.
