I'm panicking

So I got pregnant this summer and ended up losing my baby on October 1st. After some testing I found out I have a uterine septum. I have an appointment with a fertility doctor on Dec. 13th to talk about having the septum removed. Well this past month DH and I had an accident and the condom broke during my ovulation week and I've been getting vfls on frer test 3 days before my period. My question is if I am pregnant do you think I will be able to carry the baby or will I definitely miscarry again?
