Pregnancy test dream during fertile window

So this is definitely crazy but last night was my first night in my fertile window time frame and I had this bizarre dream where I was at a party and there happened to be pregnancy test on the counter which nobody else noticed and for some reason I just took it and when I did it turned out positive. It might just be wishful thinking but I never have dreams like that. Hoping this is my months do to ovulate on the 4th roughly and I think it would be an amazing Christmas gift to find out that it would work this month.
