Uh,oh‼️Could this be real?!

I’m 11 dpo, (Ovulated Nov 18th. ) took a shower yesterday & in the midst had sharp pinches on my left side and in the middle (I felt it enough to go “ooh, ahh” when they were happening) didn’t think to check when I would have implanted before the sharp pinches; but when I did the implantation calculator showed that the day the sharp pinches happened was the EXACT DAY I would have implanted(NOV 27th) & have been off & on since then. ( no implantation blood though) been having vivid dreams for the past 3 days at night and during the day when I take a nap, I just woke up from a vivid dream of my SO (it wasn’t A HORRIBLE dream but it was pretty messed up) strong nausea (urge to just throw up)for the past week, been wanting to eat everything in my face but what I’m wanting to eat I can’t find to fulfill the urges! Aunt Flo is due in 3 days. Took a test the day before yesterday evening and yesterday FMU (Family Dollar early result pregnancy test ; test 5 days sooner) both were negative. Every time I stretch out & lay on my stomach (comfortable position for me to sleep) it’s so UNCOMFORTABLE in my lower abdomin!! I’m not thinking so hard on the fact that I might be pregnant because it was a one night stand when he cummed in me but I just have this little thing in the back of my head telling me I am.... Last night, I had a dream that I told the possible dad and my designer (I’m a model) that I was pregnant & in the dream it came out so naturally! So now, I’m just like “what In the hell is going on”
