My daughter has had a stuffy nose and a little cough since around thanksgiving. She will be 4 months on Wednesday. What did you use to help with the stuffy nose? She doesn’t have a fever or anything. Still very happy and playful so doesn’t seem to be bothered at all. Doctors said not to worry until she has a fever! Any advice?!?

My daughter is in the same exact situation she’s also 4 months . She had her 4 month appointment and i asked the doctor about it . She said keep doing saline spray and suctioning her nose out . Also every night do the humidifier. I also use baby Vick’s on her chest to help

We use a Nose Frieda with saline spray and Baby Vick’s rub (not regular Vick’s)

Cool mist vicks humdifier, few drops of eucalyptus essential oils, zarabees chest rub

Nose Frieda! And saline drops if her boogers get a little dry. And I diffuse a small amount of lemon essential oils and tea tree oil.

We used little remedies saline spray, nose Freda, and zarbees chest rub. We would put the chest rub on the chest and feet then cover with socks.
