Fertile Day!!!

So I got my first positive opk this morning. My husband and I did the BD but my question is when should we do it again? Tonight? Tomorrow? For the next 3 days? I'm so excited because I haven't been ovulating and my Dr started me on metformin. We are trying so many things this cycle. Preseed, metformin, opk'S and fertility tea! I'm hoping this is our month. Send baby dust my way please!
