Baby wheezing

My little boy is 8 months old (5 corrected). The last few days he's had a bit of a wheeze. He's got a blocked nose but no signs of illness and he's cutting his first tooth.

It's not all the time, a few times it was after exercise (15 mins in his bouncer and bathtime where he goes nuts with kicking haha) and a couple of times when he woke.

I have asthma so I recognise a wheeze well and it's not overly bad, like he's not struggling to breathe.

I'm keeping an eye on him and will take him to doctors if it doesn't go.

Was wondering if anyone has experienced anything like it, he's not been ill since I brought him home from hospital. I don't know if I should be worried in case he has asthma too or if the blocked nose just means a mild cold.
