I need an advice

I don’t know what to do. I don’t have enough for rent I haven’t pay my car, and the worst part is that I don’t have electricity for almost a week because I don’t have money I also haven bearly eat.. at this point I feel like the only solution is downloading apps where you can find a sugardaddy to help me pay my rents and bills. I don’t know what to do. Please someone give me a smart advice cause right now I’m not thinking right. Also please if you are going to judge and say mean things please don’t bother to comment.
