Anyone heard of the ecology footprint

So today in my geology class we talked about energy and ecology footprint. The professor told us if we wanted to we should do the test to see how many earths it would take if everyone lived i we do. You take the survey online and it tell you how many earths it would take if every person on the plant lived like you do. He said his is 3.8. I just did mine. And I got 1.7. But the big difference is I’m a vegetarian and he is not. But I think he may drive more than me. I don’t drive that much anymore. Sahm mom so if we go out most the times it’s as a family or I go to school. What do you think our Ecology Footprint would be? Do you think it help you to Chang things in your life to be better and what we do?

It made me want to look more to to renewable energy. We have some solar panels up. It maybe we could do more. It runs our Fridge and some small things. I know we don’t have more room for solar panel but maybe wind turbine.

So what do you think would it change anything for you? If so how and if not way?
