Contractions?

I know for it to be real contractions your water has to break...but I feel like I need to poop which I dont when I go to the bathroom and I feel my body tense up and my stomach gets hard and I been feeling pressure ... should I call my doctor and see what's really going ...

Your water does not have to break to be having real contractions. With my daughter my water didn’t break until I was 10cm about to pop her out. When my contractions started it felt like I had to poop or gas very weird and obviously the contractions picked up way worse and I knew they were contractions when they were coming in waves and I was having to stop everything I was doing to breathe through another one. Water definitely doesn’t have to break for contractions. I’m on bedrest for preterm labor because I was having such strong contractions.

My third baby came out “en caul” (still in the sac)  and they had to peel it off of him so your water definitely doesn’t have to break for it to be real
labor. If it feels like period cramps I would get checked out. Good luck mama!

My water had never broken on its own. They've always had to break it around 8cm. Do not dismiss the feelings you're having, contractions are a different feeling for everyone.

I get this low pain on my stomach and for like 30 seconds I dont wanna move I'm just in pain I gotta breath like if I'm in labor or something.. feels like cramps too 😓

Sounds like you may be having braxton hicks contractions lay down and drink water. My ob says pain is a signal of a real contraction.
