Ovarian Cyst

So I think I have an ovarian cyst I know they are not a big deal but just wondering if any of you ladies have eve had one and what the symptoms are? I have been feeling lots of pain in my lower abdomen on my left side right around my ovaries. It can be extremely painful sometimes. Should I go to the doctor ASAP or is it fine?

Went to the doctor today and they sent in for an ultrasound. Hoping it’s nothing. Endometriosis is also a possibility and thanks for the responses ladies!!
