Best way to get twins?

Might be a dumb question but what are the best ways that I could possible get twin girl? I already have a 4 year old and a 4 month old boy. I would like to try to get pregnant with twins next year but I'm unsure how to without IVF. Any body have any advice or ideas? Thank you so much!!

There’s no way to ensure you get twins or to get girls without IVF unfortunately. Some things may increase your chances, like taking certain medication (clomid & femara to stimulate ovulation), but that will only be prescribed for you if you need it (which you probably don’t if you’ve already been able to have 2 children).

Unfortunately not. Even with IVF it is no guarantee. IVF is also expensive and very intrusive, if you are able to conceive naturally it is unlikely that a doctor would consider fertility treatments.
