Green pee?

Hi everyone, TMI here. I'm 34 weeks tomorrow with my third baby and had some painful cramping yesterday, bump went hard and felt baby really low also had diarrhoea. Some pain during the night and today. I went to the toilet and just sat there for a moment, relaxing and when I got up my pee is green! I haven't eaten anything green and have drunk about 4 litres+ of water! Still getting the cramps and a lot of pressure down below, what could it be?

I've had a lot of braxton hicks in the past 2 weeks, to the point I can't move, just have to breathe through them. Never had green pee before in my life.
