Telling my dad..

Yesterday my dad and stepmom FINALLY had there Thanksgiving dinner. I was so patient. I had my dads presents with me. (Very, very late presents mind you. His birthday, Father’s Day, and Christmas present.) When he opened it my step mom bawled, my step sister bawled, and my dads reaction had me looking sad. He looked disappointed. Sad almost. Maybe because he’s realizing I’m not a baby anymore. Well my step mom gave my fiancé a hug then me. I looked back at my dad. He was crying. It hurt me because I couldn’t tell if it was happy tears or not. Then he looked at me and smiled. He said, “ you need to tell grandma.” 😂😂 He gave me a hug and a big kiss on my cheek and said, “I am happy for you and I love you very much.” He grabbed his phone and called my grandma. He handed me the phone. “Hi grandma, hi grandpa. I’m pregnant.” My grandma, “Oh no, but how?” I laughed so hard and was shaking. Gave the phone back and said I was out of breath. My dad grabbed it and my dad started laughing. He repeated what grandma said. She said, “I think I just said the wrong thing and reacted wrong.” 😂😂 I laughed so hard. My fiancé had to leave for work soon so when we were leaving. I gave my dad a hug and started crying. I was still very concerned about his thoughts. He said it’ll be okay and that he is happy and loves me very much. Well he texted me this morning. And said, “ Honey in case it did not show very well last night, I do love you very much and very happy and very proud of you I know you'll be great parents 😊” I’m happy. I feel so much better now. So its long just loved last night wanted to share.
