4 weeks old Seasonal Allergies??

My daughter is 4 weeks and 4 days old. 1.5 weeks ago she was diagnosed with a cold nothing in the chest just nasal congestion. OTC saline spray, aspirator, and cool mist humidifier, as well as hot shower steam to help per dr. Well I’ve come to realize I have horrible seasonal allergies and whenever mine flare up it seems she has a flare up as well. I was told newborns do not get allergies like this until they are older. But I have no other explanation... anyone have experience with this or any other ideas? I have an owlet her oxygen levels are great and she’s still eating and going to the bathroom well.
