Bug or labour?

So I’m 39+2 weeks pregnant, and all last night I was sick about 5 times, couldn’t keep anything down. Bad nausea aswell.

I have also had extreme lower back pain/ hip pain so I’ve barely slept.

I have had diarrhoea too.

I’ve had no contractions or Braxton Hicks, just a tiny bit of pain in stomach just like a pain you would get when you really need to poo. No tightenings.

Is this early labour? Or have a caught a bug or even food poisoning??
