Possible miscarriage?

I recently found out I was pregnant 4 days ago. I’m approximately 4 weeks and 5 days. I had sex with my SO a day after I found out. I had light bleeding that only happened once I wiped and then I have not bled since. It didn’t persist or anything. It was very light. It barley showed up on the toilet paper. Anyways the day after i have been having mild cramps but haven’t been feeling as sick but I’m still extremely tired. My breast are still tender and nipples still sore as well. I’m worried I might be having a miscarriage because of the light blood and the cramps. I’ve scheduled an ultrasound for this week to make sure everything is okay but my nerves are really getting the best of me.
