Where are all my fellow fit mommas at?? pregnancy has slowed me way down, but can't stop me! Though sometimes finding the motivation to workout is hard, I feel great during and after my workouts.

What do you ladies do to workout? What are your favorite exercises? I workout 4-5 times a week for 30-45 minutes. I usually do a cardio workout with intervals of walking, jogging, and sometimes some speed work and then finish up with a core/upper body workout with either body weight or light dumbells. And squats, lots of squats.

On Thanksgiving I did a 5k Turkey Trot and looking to do another during the Christmas holiday. Not really racing at this point, just fun to get out there with my husband and son and get moving!
