TMI! 🤢 smelly me!! 😭

I’ve recently noticed that no matter how many times I shower I still smell down there. I’m a very clean person and I keep my ph as balanced as possible. I’m allergic to almost every skin/body care product everything I own is hypoallergenic even my soap. No matter if I just showered I notice my downstairs area smells bad like a combination of my vagina and my butt but more my butt than my vagina. I cry over it because I am tired of it and it’s not because I’m dirty it’s just because I’m pregnant. My first pregnancy I didn’t have this problem. I get so frustrated I’ve told my Obgyn they checked I have no infections she says can just be the hormones. My husband wants to go down on me and do stuff like usual but I’m too self conscious to let him now that this is happening to me :( not asking for advice because if my Dr can’t even help me I’m stuck 🤷🏽‍♀️ 😢 Anyone else anyone... have this happening?
