SO sick. When to go to hospital?

I’m almost 15 weeks. I had a lot of nausea the first trimester but never any puking. I’m really not a big puker ever. I’ve been feeling great this last month, really, and all of a sudden tonight I’ve been so sick. I’ve had bad diarrhea in and out of the bathroom since about 8pm (now 2am) and have puked 3 or 4 times. I’ve lost count. I’m basically throwing up water now as that’s all that’s left in my stomach. At what point should I go to the doctor? I took my temp awhile ago and it was 98.5 so fine. This is horrible!!!!! Please help with any remedies, advice. TIA
