ALWAYS Sick after Piercings?!

Hey guys, so I always wanted to know if this happened to anyone else or if its just me and what this is about.

I got my earlobes pierced 4 times because every time I got them done, I’d get very very sick. After 5-6 months of keeping them in the fourth time, they eventually healed and My sickness was there for about 2 weeks.

I then got my nose done a couple of years later when I was a pre-teen and got sick again so I didnt even bother to keep it in for long because I wasnt in the mood anymore for the whole rollercoaster.

The last piercing and my last try was my belly button when I turned 16 (Im now 21) and It hurt and cost a fortune and I got very sick I ended up going to the hospital because I felt like I had the worst case of the flu.

What is this? Do I have some allergic reaction to the metal? Does anyone else have this?

I gave up on them because its not worth the suffering but ive always wondered what it was from.
