Can i sue for medical malpractice

So I have been going to a neurologist for 12 years because I have proximal vertigo brought on by migraines in order to manage it he gave me paxil a ssri and antiepileptic meds. I am dizzy free and happy but when I asked him if I can have a baby he said oh don't worry it's safe we had this talk in several occasions. O got pregnant and I miscarried I am currently pregnant. I was doing some research and reading the insert of the medication and this is what it said (under teterogenicity) so I can't help but think this is what caused my miscarry. I feel I was lied to and misinformed
