HCG LEVELS

So I had my hcg levels checked and on Wednesday it was at 229 and on Friday it was only at 367. It worries me. I'm waiting on a phone call from the doctor's office. I had a missed miscarriage in August. My progesterone seems great. It was at 24.6.
