Sharp pain beginning of pregnancy?

So a couple days ago I posted about cramping during pregnancy but I’ve noticed I’ve been getting sharp pains too. Is this normal? I just stood up from the couch and felt really sharp pain I couldn’t stand straight for like a second.. I’m worried. I don’t remember going thru this with my first pregnancy over 3 years ago.

Also can I add. Like a year ago I was told I had 2 ovarian cysts I never followed up bc they doctors were helpless but does this have to do with that ?
