4 weeks 3 days

Hi i found out last week i was pregnant found out early wjth first response. I lost my baby girl 13 weeks ago at 16 weeks pregnant so this time round i am a nervous wreck as anybody who has been through it could imagine. Every little twinge worries me i am having light cramps past few days is this normal at this stage I can't remember frim before as i was more relaxed. I have an early scan with the hospital for Xmas eve . Even after that scan if everything is ok I know I will continue to worry has abodyy got any tips on how to get and relax ! Thabks in advance xx
