Engorged 😭

My milk just started coming in today. This is my first day with huge.. like massive breasts that are uncomfortable and hard. Baby is 3 days old. Today is postpartum day 4. I’ve tried pumping and hand expressing. I can get some drops but that’s it. I’m worried that something is wrong since I can’t seem to relieve it. I nurse as often as baby wants which is pretty often. At least every 2 but usually every hour at least for yesterday evening and last night.. going into today. I have used some cool packs and ibuprofen as well as heat before nursing and attempting to pump. 😐 not sure if any of this is helping ☹️😣😣😣 is it just because it’s the first day and it will go away? Why can’t I just pump 😭
