Help! Pain!!

FTM, I'm 25+1 and today I got this really bad stomach ache right where the bely buttom is, I know for sure that its not a contraction. I took tylenol and that kind of helped a bit and I was able to sleep but I then again woke up with a terrible stomach pain, i tried laying on my sides, walking around but it doesnt work. I don't have a stomach ache right now, I'm just worried! Its the first time that's ever happen to me during pregnancy. I can feel baby move so that makes me feel better..
