Nose bleeds😪

I've been prone to nose bleeds since I was a child. It's one of the first signs I get if I'm overheating. I know you can get them more in pregnancy but the one I had tonight I wasn't expecting. No matter what I did I could not get the bleeding to stop. There's was so much blood! When it finally did stop I sneezed and it started all over again. Any tips on how I can stop the blood faster?
