Is it rude to post your ring/dress on someone else’s engagement/wedding announcement?

*This question does not apply if the original poster ASKS to see other people’s dresses/rings*

Some of my FAVE posts on here are the ones where a woman has recently become engaged, married, or found her wedding dress! I love love so much!

It irritates me, personally, to see someone else pop up in the comments like “oh, this is MY ring” or “I picked out this dress” when the poster didn’t ask to see them, (even when it’s my my post). She wants to be celebrated, not suddenly have comparison or competition with comments, or she would have said so, right?
