I’m thinking of getting a menstrual cup. Which one do you recommend?

I’m 37.  Haven’t had a child yet.  Light flow.  I want something very comfortable but not so comfortable it doesn’t work and leaks.
Also if there’s a menstrual cup wash you recommend let me know that too.  I would need one unseated.

Google "put a cup in it" its a website with lots of good info and a quiz that will make brand suggestions based on your answers. I personally have been very happy with my Lena cup.

All i can say is go w the small.
The literature talks about age and therefore needing a larger cup by age-- which is a load of crap.

I use Lili Cup one. It’s for beginners, perfect size for a light flow. It can fold into a compact which is super handy on the go. I also love the ring on the bottom. Makes it easier to pull it out. It is a little too small for my first heavy day, so I have to change it quite often, but after I even forget I have periods and change it at the end of the day in the shower. It’s cheaper than other cups too, but good quality. Use student discount, if you have one! 
Wanna add, I didn’t have kids either, and my cervix is on the farther side, and it fits me perfectly.

I did tons of trial and error. It’s all about your anatomy. For me it came down to comfort. I never felt that “not even there” feeling when I used my Diva Cup, the second I purchased my Lily Cup I felt the difference. The Lily Cup is much softer and malleable, I really do forget it’s there. The Diva Cup is great for those with a really strong pelvic floor or those more athletic women. I feel my pelvic floor is very active and strong so with the Diva Cup I could feel every inch of the sucker, with the Lily it’s softness really made a difference.

I’d recommend the brand pixie cup! I haven’t tried it personally (yet!) but it has great reviews on amazon, and for every cup sold they donate  one to a woman in need☺️
