Jealous much? 🙎🏽‍♀️

Moms! Do any of y’all have a friend who has a Godsend child? My best friend and I have birth 4 weeks apart and her 7week old sleeps uninterrupted from 8p-4a then 5a-8a.. that’s not normal right?!?!? Meanwhile I’m up at 12, 3, 5, 6, 7. And with reflux. I stopped asking her how things are cause I’m beginning to get jealous 🤦🏽‍♀️😓

I'm the same as your friend but I'm sure theres things she isn't telling you and her LO isn't such a godsend as you think.... all I know is it doesn't last forever. You can do it mama you're doing great 😊

Lol well every kid is different. My first was the best ever my second on the other hand.... its been a long year 😅 dont think im gonna want a third anymore

Girl I feel you. Each child is different and wonderful, but some are definitely easier to parent than others. We dealt with colic and reflux for months, plus every time she went in the car, our daughter screamed so hard and LOUD until she threw up. It was incredibly stressful. 
Meanwhile, my SIL had the perfect, quiet, freakishly calm baby. Like this baby is content to just sit there, and my daughter has to be held and bounced or she screams bloody freaking murder. Sometimes she just did that anyway until 4am no matter how much she was being held and bounced. 
So yeah, comparison is utterly unfair and I love both my daughter and my niece. But sometimes, a small petty part of me wishes my SIL would have just one difficult child, so she’d understand and stop trying to make me go places and do stuff when my baby would just scream the entire time until everyone was miserable. 
Both girls are a year old now. My niece is still a calm, quiet child who does everything cautiously and deliberately, while my daughter is a beautifully fearless kid who is independent and headstrong. Both are happy, healthy, and absolutely precious in their own way. It does get easier, I promise.
But I feel you.

Every baby is different. Your baby sounds pretty normal. She kicked out for now, but it could change any day! Enjoy the baby you have. You’re doing a great job! Her baby doesn’t sleep better because of anything she did at this point. She just got lucky at this particular stage. Maybe your baby will be a super easy teenager!

Every baby is different. My daughter slept great for about 6 weeks then it stopped. She's 16 months and still wakes up 2 to 5 times a night!
