Ttc after rough pregnancy?

My first child’s pregnancy was pretty uneventful. I got pregnant again right when my first turned one and that pregnancy was awful. I had pubic bone dysfunction my pelvis kept twisting and at 28 weeks until I delivered at 38 I was having regular real contractions caused from an irritable uterus. I’m going to talk with my doctor but I wanted your ladies experiences. I want to start trying for baby 3 at one year pp again I love the age space between my children. Anyone get pregnant one year pp after a hard pregnancy? How did your pregnancy go? I know your not fully healed until 18 month pp but I really don’t want to wait that long
